How we do it.

RFL's Selection Committee works with NGOs (such as Asia Center Foundation) and educational institutes to identify students who would benefit from RFL support for the duration of their educational program. The Selection Committee meets with students and their families to understand each situation and recommend them to the Board for support. RFL and the students sign a Work Together Agreement (“WTA”) setting out expectations and goals of the support from RFL. An example of the WTA is attached in Thai and English.

RFL's Follow-up Committee in partnership with ACF, meets with the students, families and teachers on a regular basis to evaluate the student's progress and identify additional needs. This is a multi-year relationship beginning at post secondary and ending at graduation, and through multiple meetings, RFL's follow up committee will aid the student in their pursuit of successfully graduating.​​​​​​​
