What we do
RFL works with NGO’s and educational institutes to identify possible candidates who would benefit from RFL support for the whole duration of their educational program. We collaborate with Asia Center Foundation ("ACF") on support processes, funding and identifying potential students who may qualify for RFL support.

RFL seek out additional sponsorship to finance our Students. For each student RFL determine the financial gap that needs to be filled, then RFL and its Sponsors cooperate to ensure sufficient funds are secured for the student to undertake their selected studies to completion.

RFL and the students sign a Work Together Agreement (“WTA”) to formalise their mutual engagement. Through regular reporting and interaction with the students, RFL take an active role to address special needs and actions during the student studies, (e.g. additional support, private tuition, moral help and guidance).
Upon graduation, RFL engages its networks to find internships, placements or employment for its students.
