What we do

RFL works with NGOs and educational institutes to identify students who would benefit from RFL support for the whole duration of their educational program. We collaborate with Asia Center Foundation ("ACF") on selection, funding and follow up with students supported by RFL.

At RFL, we recognize that in order increase our students chance of success in completing their studies, our financial support for the must extend beyond tuition and needs to include accommodation and living expenses​. For each student RFL determines the financial gap that needs to be filled, then RFL and its Partners cooperate to ensure sufficient funds are secured for the student to undertake their selected studies to completion.

RFL and the students sign a Work Together Agreement (“WTA”) to formalise their mutual engagement. Through regular reporting and interaction with the students, RFL takes an active role to address specific needs and actions necessary during the student studies.

 

Upon graduation, RFL engages its networks to find internships, placements or employment for its students.
