What we do

RFL works with its Partners, (NGO’s, schools, colleges, vocational centers, universities, foundations, individuals, companies, governments and local authorities), to identify possible candidates who would benefit from RFL programs. Our Partners participate in the financial support of successful candidates for the whole duration of their program.

With our Partners, we find additional Sponsors to finance our Students and Sponsors may also become Partners if they wish to play an active role in a student’s development. Partners and Sponsors will partially fund the student cost. We define for each student the financial gap that needs to be filled, then the Foundation, its Partners and Sponsors cooperate to ensure the necessary funds are secured for the student to complete their selected studies, in order to  guarantee their full curriculum.

RFL, the Partners, the Sponsors and the students sign a Work Together Agreement (“WTA”) to follow a student's progress through-out their studies. Through regular reporting and participation in reviews with the students, all parties can take an active role to address special needs and actions during the student studies, (additional support assessment, private tuitions, moral help and guidance, etc)
