JP PHILIPPE, PRESIDENT: JP is a French national now retired in Phuket after 32 years working in the development of electronic technologies companies. With 10 years of working with NGO’s dedicated to education for under-privileged children, JP recognises the difficulties often faced by NGO’s. With the help of friends, JP created a foundation focussed on funding teenage students in need, giving them access to knowledge and work experience so they could "RISE FOR LIFE". JP leads the Foundation with a focus on funding activities in Thailand and abroad.

FRANK PETCHKAN, VICE-PRESIDENT: Frank is a Thai citizen and is a dedicated Corrective Exercise Specialist. He holds a BSc degree from Thaksin University and in his early career was a personal trainer in many 5 star hotels in Thailand. Frank's entrepreneurial spirit led him to set up Physio x Fitness, a physical therapy and corrective exercise clinic in Phuket that he runs with his wife Khun Bee. Frank leads the Foundations scholarship program, collaborating with and following student progress with NGO staff, and proposing new programs with the team.
VIPAPAT CHOLSAWAD, MEMBER OF THE BOARD: Vipat is from Bangkok and moved to Phuket in 2021. Vipat has 20 years executive experience in marketing, property leasing and currently works in global materials sourcing. Vipat assists the President in running RFL and in particular leads development of awareness of the Foundation to the business and social community in Thailand. In addition she represents the Foundation in various official organizations to help secure funding and finding jobs for our graduates.​​​​

IAN BARON, MEMBER OF THE BOARD: Ian is a UK citizen who is retired and living in Phuket. His career spanned 45 years as an executive in the international energy business. He led CSR programs in companies he managed, supporting children's charities in the FSU. Applying his business experience in leading companies, Ian heads the Operations Committee, coordinating the activities of the Foundation, formulating business plans, business processes, budgets, forecasts and maintaining the infrastructure to run the Foundation.

BENJAWAN PETCHKAN, MEMBER OF THE BOARD: known as Bee, she is a dedicated physiotherapist from Phuket who has been running her own clinic since 2019. With a passion for creating positive change in the lives of young people, Bee is committed to serving on the board of RFL, where she focuses on improving educational opportunities for children. Her unwavering dedication aims to build a brighter future for every child, fostering hope and opportunity through access to quality education and support.

WIPADA RATTANAPHAN, MEMBER OF THE BOARD: known as Pear, she has a deep passion for travel and experiencing diverse cultures. Through her experiences she has learned the importance of embracing and supporting diversity within our communities. She is currently working in the real estate development sector and is committed to seeking meaningful opportunities to ensure a positive and lasting impact on local communities. She seeks to inspire young people through sharing her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for life.
