At RFL we look at CSR in two ways. Firstly, from the perspective of how we run the foundation in an ethical, respectful and socially responsible manner. Secondly, we offer our supporters a structure to achieve their own CSR objectives, through providing a mechanism to fund the education and development of under-privileged  students.

RFL is led by a Board of Directors who provide their time and resources on a voluntary basis without any material compensation. Our reward is the smile of a child who has accomplished a dream and has a better future to look forward to as a result of education. We will ensure the sustainability of  the Foundation by signing a social contract ("WTA") with each student, under which they themselves commit to support at least one under-privileged student at some point in their lives.
