Corporate Social Responsibility
At RFL we look at CSR in two ways. Firstly, from the perspective of how we run the foundation in an ethical, respectful and sustainable manner. Secondly, we seek to offer our supporters a means to achieve their own CSR objectives, through providing a mechanism to fund the growth and development of our students.

RFL is led by a Board of Directors who provide their time and resources on a voluntary basis without any material compensation. Our reward is the smile of a child who has accomplished a dream and has a better future to look forward to as a result of education. We will ensure the sustainability of the Foundation by signing a social contract with all our students, under which they themselves commit to support at least one under-privileged student at some point in their lives.
The mechanism we offer to supporters of RFL to enhance their CSR profile, is to help underprivileged Thai children in the latter years of their education. We partner with many of the existing NGO’s and foundations who support younger Thai children, who as they mature, require further support often at increased expense, to take their education further. This requires a longer-term commitment from our supporters, as tertiary education programs may take three years or more to complete.
